You should draw it if you like it. You shouldn’t have to take the fall if a kid comes across it because you were drawing what you liked and i mean its not like you personally gave pornographic art to a kid and you were like “THINK DIRTY THINGS BWHAHAHA” i dont know if that made sense but.. haha. yeah,
When i draw nudity i don’t aim for dirty, sexy, and exotic. I think more along the lines of, Nudity is beautiful and one should be proud of their body, no matter the size. Like a more artistic view. Which normally is associated with artistic poses and symbolism. sometimes morphed with animals like the character, like an octopus or something. Ah, I’m just rambling now. Your art is great and sorry i dont have money. :’3 good luck with your commissions!

I’m sorry, i don’t have money. and in no way am i saying this to be rude. just one artist’s tips to another. You should consider expanding your horizons. by that i mean, in the way you said you don’t want to draw gore/guro. is it just pure lack of skill? i was like that once. if it’s not, please don’t be offended. but perhaps you should actually give it a try. if it’s that you are truly uncomfortable with it, i understand, so forget the last part. you have a sort of anime style, which there’s nothing wrong with, i’m not asking you to change your style or anything. but what I used to do, when i drew like that, I would go on Deviantart- I speant 3/4 of my time there- and look up, not tutorials, but guro, or flower girl, or really anything. Then i would browse through them and it was all so inspirational. there are so many different styles. and then what i would do was go through all of the pictures and pick out what looked do-able to me, and what little parts i liked. for instance, the way some people draw noses, or eyes, or faces. then i would take those things and incorporate that into my art. not to mention practice, practice, practice. until i felt comfortable enough to advance my style on my own. Now, I’m no Van Gogh or anything… My art sucks ass. But I just thought I’d lend you some tips and stuff. good luck getting commissions. your art is already very good. And i hope none of this offended you.

Picture for hnzk! An illustration of her excellent wip story Boy Do I Love Sweating! Seen here, her misanthropic a-hole Wheatley is trying to resolve his disgust of smelly, bossy, murderous humans with the fact that he’s feeling kind of flustered right now.
Wolveswithhats put the idea of making a picture for hnzk in my head as a gift on her behalf, and though the circumstances around that proposal fizzled I sincerely wanted to finish this because hnzk is a fantastic writer and I really want to see where her story goes. Check out the fic if you haven’t already!
Let me start off by saying that I was literally speechless upon seeing this. Everything you draw is impressive and fantastic but this is up to eleven! Maybe up to twelve!
First off I really, really love Chell here! Her pose is just fantastic and such a contrast to Wheatley’s, a very different sort of attitude. I especially like the way that she’s standing, with her weight on one leg. I really like her thoroughly unimpressed facial expression. I like the way you’ve drawn her body too (not like THAT oh who am I kidding yes like that). GIRL. Girrrl. How can you be so attractive it’s just not fair! In all seriousness though, I like how muscular her arms look, and the way you gave her that larger ribcage like Dani goes on about! Finally, I am super in love with how you drew her hair! The shape and the coloring give it the look of the most amazing texture. I kind of want to touch it (although Chell would probably beat me up if I tried!)
Wheatley’s pose is really great too, so petulant! That little jiggling motion on his foot is particularly great. And I really just love his giant feet in general. They amuse me so. And that is a really great expression on him, too. Very resentful and irritated. I know I’ve mentioned this at least once before, but I really dig the way you draw mouths, like the shape of them. I’m sure I’ve mentioned how much I like how you draw jawlines at some point as well. The jawlines on both of them are great! I also like the way that for both of them if really looks like their hands are touching their hair and not just like the shapes happen to overlap.
And finally HOT DAMN DAT COLORING. You are seriously a wizard with color. I love the way that the faraway background is just soft swathes of color, and how it looks sort of transparent the way that hot air does. I also really adore how the leaves on that tree are completely formed by shards of color, no lines. The way you colored Chell and Wheatley is fantastic, as well. The shading makes Chell’s skin look realistically shiny, like it’s really wet and doesn’t make her look like she’s make of plastic. I like the slight transparency of her shirt, too! That must have been a challenging effect! I think you did a really excellent job doing the flush on Wheatley’s face; it looks great and very realistic. I like the detail of his ears blushing too! And finally (finally-finally, haha) I really like the tiny little details of Chell’s wet footprints in the dirt and the muddy bottoms of her feet!
The amount of words here is probably excessive, but you know what, you deserve them. This is awesome and you are awesome!! And I definitely gotta go read this fic now!
